Wouldn’t recommend the place. Elevator doesn’t work, there are cockroaches everywhere. No prior indication of electricity going and along with it water. Mosquitoes everywhere because the green trees are way too many and not trimmed. Unresponsive when asked for when asked about electricity ( power was out for 12 hrs and no call was picked). Had to book a new stay overnight and leave.
We had flight delays and the owners accommodated our date change which was greatly appreciated. We were supposed to arrive our first night at 9pm but ended up getting there the following day around 3pm. Finding the location was a tad bit difficult as the address provided in the chat with the owners differed to what we were told the address was after calling the doorman. So had we actually arrived at 9pm, it would have been problematic. Overall, we were able to find the place. It looked just like the pictures. I loved the bathroom- the extra sink space for getting ready. Only thing was the bath water- it was either extremely hot like boiling or cold - no in between. The toilet would leak sometimes but it would clear up. Other than that the space was luxurious. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you, IntegraVacations! We would definitely be back💋
