I had the best quality sleep here! It’s located in a quiet area so it’s calm at night and the blackout curtain also does it job. The living room is just like in the pictures. There’s some trees right in front of the balcony and you can see beautiful birds hanging there. The hosts were very responsive and helped me out when I had an issue. There’s a great cafe called Alegria 4 minutes walk from the building. The location is very central as you’re a 10min ride away from the center, La Valeta and from the beaches. Having a scooter or ATV is recommended.

The best staycation option in Tulum!! Positive: It is very clean, modern and new. Everything is so spacious, you have everything you need for the daily comfort from kitchen appliance, TV, AC etc the bathroom is so convenient and modern, you really don’t wanna leave this place (and I have been to several places already in Tulum) the host was always reachable if you needed anything and they helped with everything very fast and you have all restaurants around you, the location is convenient very safe and reachable too the main city Negative: There’s nothing you won’t like about

I had an incredible long-term stay at this one-bedroom apartment in Tulum, managed by Integra Vacations. Everything about it was just perfect! The apartment itself was beautifully designed and fully equipped with everything I needed. The kitchen had all the essentials, including a coffee machine and even a mixer—perfect for anyone who loves to cook. The living space was cozy and modern, with a TV in both the bedroom and the living room. The balcony was a wonderful bonus, overlooking lush greenery and providing a peaceful, relaxing spot to unwind. The location in Aldea Zama was extremely calm, safe, and secure. There were security cameras throughout the property, and the staff at reception were always attentive, regularly checking in to ensure everything was going well. This gave me an extra sense of security, which I really appreciated. A huge shoutout to Flor and Tony for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable! Their hospitality and professionalism made all the difference.

Cancellation deadlines:

  • For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
  • For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
  • Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.

Fair-Refund Policy

If you cancel after the deadline:

  • Integra 360 Vacations will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
  • The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.

Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings

  • The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
  • The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
