Positive: We stayed here for two nights and everything was flawless. Anda is an absolute rockstar. From the moment we booked, she sent us detailed tips on beaches, restaurants, and clubs, and once we arrived in Tulum she handled everything: arranging bike or scooter rentals with clear quotes, organizing pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel, and answering every message within minutes. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and made our trip effortless. The room was spotless, modern, and stocked with plenty of towels. The building’s rooftop pool on the 4th floor was a perfect bonus. Overall, an ideal stay and a huge shout-out to Anda for making it exceptional.
Recomendado ampliamente, 4 adultos y 2 niños, el departamento muy bonito y con todo lo necesario, limpio, durante mi estancia el área muy tranquila y ubicación céntrica.
