The worse experience ever Negative: I had a terrible experience in this apartment and with this agency. As soon as I arrived, I noticed the apartment had a strong smell. The pillows were completely rotten, I had to buy new ones to be able to sleep. All the sheets were smelling like strong humidity. After a few days I started getting sick. I just couldn’t stand the toxic smell and dirt that was in the air and all over the furniture, smelling like vinegar, humidity and dirt. I booked the apartment for 1 month but couldn’t stand it anymore after the day 16. On the 17th I took all my belongings put and calles then to explain them all what had happened. The first day I already told them about the poor conditions and that I had to buy new pillows just to be able to sleep there. I asked them to please modify the reservation because I had to pay for another place to stay in the 14 days I couldn’t stay there because of the terribly disgusting conditions of the place but they refused to refund anything. They put in the reservation that I didn’t show up, so that they could make even more money on the same dates without giving me anything back. This is completely unethical. I opened a case on the platform and was calling them for many days, I lost hours and nobody responded for this horrible experience. I left around 3 weeks ago and all my belongings still stink. I will have to throw the suitcase and every single thing I owe smells horrible. Is because of this terrible experiences that Tulum is how we see it now. Worse experience of my entire life.
