King Studio w/ Private Balcony, Gym + Rooftop Pool

Please ask as many questions of you need to stay there the descriptions do not match the listing. The building is unfinished there's no treadmill in the gym and the pool is small. There are some noise issues and this listings view is next to a busy point next to the elevator. Please ask for bathroom and house rules before staying.

New unit in a newer condo building in Aldea Zama. Great location, easy parking, walking distance to restaurant and shops. Clean rooftop pool. Easy check in. Unfortunately, even after running the AC for many hours, the unit had a strong odor of mold. I understand that Tulum is in the jungle, but the smell was far stronger than I have experienced in other rentals.

I visit Tulum often, and I enjoyed my stay here. This property offers great value for the price point, with a good location and parking. I felt very secure during my stay, thanks to the 24/7 front desk staff and the added security of a locked front entrance. The building is quiet, with no construction noise, and I really appreciated having a washer in the unit. The only drawback was that the water didn’t get quite hot enough for my preference. I ended up boiling water in a pot and using the sink to hand wash However, didn’t take away from the overall positive experience and its not the fault of the owners.

I had an amazing two months staying at this property! I felt right at home. There was some construction going on, but it didn’t bother me much. The unit has washer and dryer, which was great. There’s a small gym on the rooftop on a nice pool. The host was always responsive and took care of any request that I had right away. Highly recommend you stay here.

Finished my month long stay in Aldea Zama. Quiet, small studio equipped with everything you need. Unit is located across the street from 7 Eleven, restaurants and main shopping area. Secure, passcode entry at night. Easy access to 2 major streets to go anywhere in Tulum. Absolutely love the close road that Aldea Zama built that takes you directly to the beach/hotel zone! Studio is equipped with everything you need. Other than a plumbing hickup(resolved promptly)Good place to stay that's quiet, convenient access to major roads and beach.
