Aldea, Zama- Tulum , Mexico 2025/26 Positive: The condo was super clean, very comfortable , great location and the property manager Anda was super nice and accessible.

Probably the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in in Tulum. I stayed here for over three months, and it truly felt like home. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos – full of light, calm, and such good energy. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything I needed (and more). The location couldn’t be better – close to everything, yet quiet enough to really relax and recharge. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and made it easy to work and live comfortably. The host was always super responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful - you can tell they really care about their guests. It was one of those places that you don’t just stay in, you actually live in. I would 100% stay here again.

My mom and I stayed for 18 days for my birthday, and overall, it was a nice experience with a few quirks. **Pros:** - Condo looks just like the photos. - Very responsive host and manager; quick to resolve issues. (Download What's App) - Rooftop pool was all ours since the building wasn’t full. - Great walkable area; no taxi needed if staying in Aldea Zama. - Plenty of local markets and restaurants within walking distance. **Cons:** - Found mildew on the bedding the first night (quickly resolved with a housekeeper visit). - Elevator was out of service the entire stay—it's a third-floor unit, so pack light or check if it’s been fixed! - Hot water issues the first few days due to a tropical storm, but a plumber was sent quickly after. -Washer/dryer combo takes forever (3hrs) to dry clothes. -The pool on the balcony is unheated, so it’s chilly! -No oven, just FYI. Overall, it’s a comfortable, safe condo in a walkable, central part of Tulum.
