Lux 2BR w/ Rooftop Pool + Close to Beach

The place was clean and comfortable and the pool area was beautiful! No issues finding it and everything you need is within walking distance. Communication with the host was responsive and helpful and the on-site staff were really nice and friendly.

Ce logement en réalité est fantastique. Si c était possible j aurais noté 6 étoiles sur 5 pour la qualité des prestations. C est de loin, le meilleur logement que nous ayons loué durant nos nombreux voyages en famille. Mais…ce logement est dans un immeuble encore dans sa phase de finition avec d autres logements en cours de livraison . Nous avons même croisé quelques fois des artisans dans les escaliers. Sans parler des bâtiments en face qui eux sont en cours de construction. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé, mais ça peut surprendre certains. Cette période de finition d’un logement quasi neuf peut donc entraîner des pannes et des nuisances sonores. Je tiens à féliciter l équipe hôte qui a toujours trouvé une solution rapidement pour régler ces problèmes de jeunesse même quand cela dépendait des logements voisins. Je suis donc partagé entre la satisfaction d avoir eu un logement en parfaite adéquation avec les prestations évoqués et la déception d être entourée de divers chantiers en cours.

Apartment is brand new. Everything works and looks nice. It was very clean and tidy. i expected indoor secure parking but there w parking on the street which is still under construction.

The place looks exactly like the photos. The host was beyond accommodating and Cintya cleans and sanitizes to perfection. The building was very quiet with 24/hour security. It’s a good location for beach and restaurants by bike or scooter.

I recently stayed at a wonderful Airbnb in Tulum, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring that all our questions were answered promptly. Property manager Lucas went above and beyond, checking on us every day to make sure everything was perfect. The staff's hospitality was exceptional; they were attentive and made sure all our needs were met. I felt completely safe throughout my stay, thanks to their top-tier security measures. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Tulum. Can't wait to return!

Плюсы: • это очень просторные уютные апартаменты с тремя санузлами в новом здании, • удобные широкие кровати, • подушки очень удобные, • есть кофемашинка, • в комплексе есть спортзал и детская комната, • на ресепшен очень вежливые и доброжелательные охранники, которые готовы всегда помочь. • до ближайшего бесплатного пляжа 15-20 минут на велосипеде, центр города в 10 минутах езды на велосипеде, • район спокойный и безопасный. Рядом есть торговый центр и уютные кафе Минусы: • это новая постройка и вокруг еще идут стройки, поэтому иногда может быть шумно, • Вид из окон выходит прямо на стройку. • Дорога перед зданием не заасфальтирована еще. •в апартаментах нет стиральной машины, можно пользовать laundry service в здании. • бассейн буквально 15-20 см глубиной и предназначен для дизайна, а не для плавания в нем
