Penthouse Suite w/ Private Plunge Pool

I stayed in Tulum for two weeks and had an amazing experience. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, and it was very easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, Sergio and Pablo (thank you guys;)) and the people living in the building were welcoming, which made the stay even better. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby with amazing food, so eating out was always a pleasure. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum and staying at this condo :)

Nice flat with pleasant shared swimming pool in aldea zama but far from key areas Positive: Decent location in aldea zama bear supermarket, nice swimming pool facilities, nice kitchen set up but very basic cooking facilities - took an hour to cook pasta, inner courtyard gets no sun and plunge pool is not nice so we never used it. Nice shower but water pressure goes up and down Negative: Dated sunliunfers, uncomfortable balcony chairs, leaking ceiling in bedroom, billiards in the lobby broken, far from decent restaurants and shops

What a beautiful building and a lovely spacious apartment .. what a shame the upstairs bedroom air conditioner did not work properly.. we would wake up gasping for air in the night and although the host tried to have it fixed 3 times it NEEDS REPLACING! Leaking Freon etc and switching off every 5 mins so I had to spend 4 days out of my 6 downstairs … I would have given them 5 stars if they’d have dealt with me properly but they kept saying they wanted to send the man everyday to fix it! And would not move me to a unit of the same value as they were trying to save money. They still charged me for my stay! Even after all the trouble. I have a perfect review score on Airbnb and I hope this review helps them improve. If you don’t mind not having air conditioner upstairs that works well, then sure I recommend this place.

Great stay! Great private pool, enjoyed the workout facilities and had plenty of space to relax. Great staff also, but didnt need anything as everything was perfect! Internet was great as well.

I debated writing a review but its what I wish I couldve read before booking. The apartment is true to the pics and for short trips youll likely be fine. But during our 2 month stay there were a ridiculous number of maintenance issues, none caused by us, and very little urgency to fix them. As problems came up management made us feel unreasonable—even though trust me, we were just trying to get basics fixed, like broken AC units in peak summer. We had to fight hard for even a partial refund and when moved to an upgraded unit to resolve things, it comically had the same issues. We often had to step in to solve problems ourselves, including fixing their mistakes. The maintenance man was a sweetheart but given more than one person should manage. This isnt about things going wrong—its about how poorly they were handled and how the resident was made to feel. Hopefully our experience helped them improve how they operate but if you’re staying long-term come in with realistic expectations.

Great location in an area that has supermarkets and restaurants/ cafes around. The building has different towers and some are still under construction. Therefore there is noise and dust around. The apartment itself is awesome, very modern with air conditioning, great amenities like TVs and full equipped kitchen. Private terrace with small pool, that gets cleaned once a week. Rooftop terrace with shared gym and pool, which was very nice. You also have the option to rent bikes on site for 200 MXN per day per bike.

Super logement qui correspond parfaitement à la description. Le gros plus est que l’hôte a été très réactif à nos demandes !
