Great location to 5th ave, where the shopping & restaurants are and very close to beach.

Excellent location, very close to 5th Ave & the beach as others have stated. A few improvements required: mattress & pillows very uncomfortable - you can feel the springs on the mattress.. pillows, you almost need both to feel as if one proper pillow should feel. Shower products were extremely watered down, the conditioner, shampoo and body wash were pumping foam and was 99% water. Easy fixes which it seems the rental/management company was open to hearing. On our last night it was very noisy a floor or two below us - you can hear everything in the building. Thanks for letting us stay!

Really like the place super amazing and good vibes , there is no elevator from the parking , but except that all was amazing

The place was very clean and just list the photos and description. The host was very responsive to my questions. The place had everything I needed and it was walking distance about 8 min from Quinta Avenida.

Excelente departamento, todo muy limpio, cómodo, bonita decoración, excelente ubicación a pocas cuadras de la 5ta avenida, tienes locales comerciales cerca para comprar lo que necesites, me encantó el rooftop, Sergio fue muy atento y amable para cualquier cosa que necesitamos , volvería si o si a este lugar. me super encantó !

A great beautiful and very central place to stay in Playa del Carmen. If you’re looking for something central this is a perfect option. It’s just steps from amazing food spots and close to Fifth Ave making everything super convenient and walkable. The place itself is beautiful comfortable and has a really nice aesthetic. We had a small issue with the hot water but the owners were extremely accommodating and had it fixed the next day. They also provided a refund for the inconvenience which was really appreciated. Great hosts great communication and a beautiful spot for a getaway. We had an awesome time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Me encantó el alojamiento, La zona era muy tranquila para caminar de noche, tenía varios supermercados cerca y un Oxxo al frente. El departamento impecable, lo único que falló fue la presión de agua en el lavaplatos de la cocina que era nula, y en la ducha salía pero poca para una mujer que necesite lavarse el cabello después de la playa. Igualmente lo recomiendo, y si volvería mil veces. A mi prometido también le encantó el lugar

Staying at Kumaru Suites was just like staying at home. We really liked the area bc it was walkable to many restaurants and services provided by locals. We highly suggest getting groceries for breakfast and having dinners at restaurants in the area. The suite itself was so cute, very homey, and best of all - had a good working AC. As always in Mexico, hot water is a luxury. The building has a tank so the later you shower, the less hot water. If you take a shower in the morning!! HOT water!! That’s such a plus for spoiled Americans like myself. Parking, balcony, super walkable, super safe. I’d love to come back!
