Two‑Level Penthouse w/ Rooftop Pool & Sunset

Lovely apartment with private rooftop pool and loungers Positive: Large apartment with a stunning private rooftop area with loungers and cushions and a small pool (cold water). Great facilities, kitchen well equipped, comfy bed and good shower (see through though!) Great location, 2 mins walk to restaurants and shops. Quiet street. Also a big shared rooftop and larger pool area available. Negative: The handrails to the apartment and especially to the rooftop area are wobbly and didn't feel safe. The steps up to the terrace turn sharply at the top and make it difficult to get a good footing when coming down. Also, no kettle for tea. Instructions to get in weren't very clear either, lots of codes but not clear how to open the main complex door (it's huge, wooden and very stiff)

Supermysigt, lugnt, privat och vackert, ångrar att vi ej bokade fler nätter. Positive: Fantastisk lägenhet! Mysig inredning, lugnt, skönt, privat läge, högt läge med naturen utanför balkongen, skön säng, bra mixer, bra utrustat kök, snabbt internet, bra med tvättmaskin. Vacker gemensam pool. Negative: Något överinredd gällande lampskärmar som hängde ned över köksön när man lagar mat och dammsamlande lampor över sängborden (även om de var snygga 😅). Livsfarliga delvis trasiga, räcken på trappan upp till den privata poolen.

Jackpot à Tulum Positive: Je suis tombé sur cette pépite d’or et je ne regrette pas mon choix! Emplacement parfait dans La Veleta J’ai loué le condo pour 12 nuits, je me suis senti tout de suite comme à la maison … N’hésitez pas à louer cet endroit, le personnel est attentif à tous nos besoins et le confort du lit est à envier au plus grand palais parisiens ! J’ai adoré mon séjour La piscine privée sur le toit est exceptionnelle Negative: Je n’ai absolument rien à dire sur ce que je n’ai pas aimé !

I hate to write a bad review but this place was very disappointing. If you have normal/high standards, I don’t recommend. Bugs everywhere. In the bed, in the shower, in the cabinets, infested in the toothbrush holder. The TV remote was infested with maggots, it hadnt been cleaned. The bed was bad. Im still thinking about it. The main problem is that they don’t vacuum anything. I requested another cleaning & there were no vacuums. Stains on the couch & pillows. The window was leaking so badly during the storm that the room slightly flooded. Another maintenance call? Ugh. The pool is small & has an umbrella that fell on me & crushed me- its not nailed to anything & it’s hazardous. The first day, the shower was broken so it sprayed all over the apartment. Everything was soaked & I used all my towels to clean it. The hosts have a property manager who handles things well/ she was so nice. She was honestly beyond accommodating. Cheers to her. This was a higher priced spot¬ relaxing at all

Stunning apartment in striving neighborhood Positive: It was an amazing apartment in La Venta and is in a great neighborhood. There are many good restaurants and a few bike rentals just around the corner. Overall the people in the neighborhood and our correspondant Anda were super supportive. There is a public rooftop pool as well as a private rooftop pool above the apartment. The shower is separated through a glass wall and viewable from the bed. This was nice and fun for us, but may be taken into account. During our short stay, we've traveled to the Maya ruins in Tulum by bike, took a trip to Sian Ka'an and were totally stunned. Negative: The fridge was a bit loud from time to time, but that's it about negatives.

Alles super! Natürlich ist die Dachterasse mit Pool das i-Tüpfelchen und man hat morgens einen tollen Ausblick auf den Sonnenaufgang!

Everything was perfect!

Check-in was a bit rough. Taxi driver had no clue as to where we were going. Finally found the place. After pounding on the door of some other place for 30 minutes. Property manager lack of communication. It was pretty sporty, between talking to integra. And trying to get a hold of the property manager. Pretty much figured it by relaxin.. MacGyverd' a few obstacles like climbing a gate.. 3 stories up. Eh. I'm 59 whatta i have to lose. Anyway found PH3 Remember the code from the emails i deleted then enter bing bong boop bab. #. Now Remember if you forget to add the#. You will spend a serious amount of angry button mashing time.. but when i did. The door said "Unlocked." A pleasant soft voice whispers past. I did Kinda like that. 👿 The room was beyond awesome private stairs to the private pool. Spa sized. Nice layout. Very comfortable studio apartment . Awesome little clean affordable family restaurant. "CHENCHOS". Just right there Maybe not for the cancun experienced. Value

Our stay here was amazing! If we were able to, we definitely would’ve extended our stay. This is a GREAT location if you want to be immersed in the local culture and the food (especially Chencho’s) was AMAZING! There’s so much to do within walking distance (shops & food). We did an excursion to Chichen Itza and our meeting place (Super Aki) was only 13 minutes away! The host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Definitely plan on staying here again & the rooftop private pool?! To die for! It was awesome!

We had a lovely stay at Integra in Tulum. The Apartment was perfectly located for a short drive to the beach and really close to the restaurants and bars. the private pool was great to relax and the apartment very modern. One just has to be careful, after rain the stairs to the pool get very slippery ;)
